Cascade Automation Inc. remanufactured/new surplus equipment will be free of defects in workmanship or material for a period of two years from the date of invoice. Should any failure to conform to this warranty appear, Cascade Automation Inc. shall, upon notification within two years of invoice, correct such non-conformity, at its option, either by repairing the defective part or parts, or by replacing a part or parts provided that the equipment is returned to Cascade Automation Inc. Equipment shall not be returned without advance notice and consent of Cascade Automation Inc.
The warranty does not cover repairs due to normal wear and tear, accident, neglect, misuse or abuse and incorrect installation/application. This warranty is rendered void if the tagging is removed or defaced or if repairs are made or attempted by persons not authorized by Cascade Automation Inc.
All factory new items are covered by OEM warranties and Cascade Automation Inc. will defer to their warranty. This may be done through Cascade Automation Inc., or we will assist the customer to complete the repair through the manufacturer, as in some cases this will be more expedient.
Returns on Remanufactured/New Surplus Items:
Within 30 days of invoice date: Contact us within 30 days of invoice date. A refund may be arranged excluding a 15% re-stocking fee, upon inspection and approval by Cascade Automation Inc. Returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid in original packaging with documentation, cables, etc. It must be unused and in sellable condition.
Returns on Factory New
All factory new items will be subject to OEM return policies and Cascade Automation Inc. will defer to their policy.
No returns will be accepted under the following conditions: Any and all orders invoiced over 30 days prior, customer owned product that was repaired by Cascade Automation, custom ordered items, replacement parts, items that have been installed, and obsolete or discontinued products.
Cascade Automation Inc. inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits/refunds on damaged, misused or non-resalable items.
